Delivery Time
All sales of our games are delivered via download from our website. After purchase, you will be emailed with a receipt of purchase that will include download instructions for the game you have purchased.You will be allotted six download tokens to allow you six attempts to download your full version game. If you run out of download tokens, we are happy to reset them for you. Just contact us.
Refunds
We will refund your payment within 7 days from the date of purchase if you have not activated your game.We will also refund your purchase in the case of an in-ability to register/activate your game, or in the case of compatibility problems with our games, after we have confirmed the following:-
- You are running the minimum requirements specified on the purchase page of for the game.
- You have the latest video and sound drivers installed for your hardware and operating system.
- You have attempted to resolve the issue with us.
